Compete in April but not sure weither to do Bodybuilding or Figure.
Goal (Long):
I have had a goal of being fit as possible and increasing my weights. That is a never ending goal.
Time to start training for competition and leaning down.
If only 5% of all people over thirty (I would like a higher percentage but figure I have to aim for something 1/2 way realistic) could look as good as Most Muscular, this world would be a much better place to live, atleast for me I like my men BIG. This man has put a lot of time and effort into his body and boy does it show. He inspires me to keep up the hard work because in twenty years I still want to look as young and healthy as he does.
Well, MN is out. I do not know what to say but diet back fired, got major migranes, and then the venue was closed. I am still going to compete in April I just need to decide if I am big enough to compete in bodybuilding, but then you have to ask your self as a woman, Natural bodybuilding...
I love your profile picture! Yes, changing my eating habits to build muscle was a struggle at first. But I caught on quickly, and now I find getting into the whole dieting mindset to be a huge struggle.
I retained a LOT of water. Didn't decrease my protein intake. I'm sure that the time I took off helped my muscles completely recover. The first 2 days back in the gym were really tough and I got really sore. I knew better than to get frustrated. I knew it was gonna be hard. But today, I actually feel stronger than I did before. I feel like it has been an important learning experience for me. Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
