Tone the chunkies :P & of course get stronger and healthier
Goal (Long):
I want to tone my chunkies. I'm tired of the flab and just losing weight to gain it back again. I love food and thankfully my metabolism is not that slow. I figure if I track my progress (thank you Krystle dearest for showing me this) I can stay motivated and keep going strong. I'm so lazy about working out cuz I never had to before I had my son...
i knew her before and at her peak weight. She has changed so much & I am so proud of her!! She is motivated and absolutely an inspiration to me. I have never been to the gym more than 3x a week & my workouts were half assed & I was never truly motivated... Krys rocks! YAY!!
I've been in dire need of some gym for the past week and a half!! Between being a mommy, training for my second job, scheduling moving, needing sleep & getting very sick over the weekend, I have not been able to get to the gym!! It felt really good to get back into the swing of things. ...
