How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
upper body 4-8 for 2 sets and 10-12 2 sets

Hey Jem, long time no speak! Hows the wrestling going? After joining in a call for fun with a pal, I now have newfound respect! Ok, it is staged, as far as sequences and outcome, but is real as far as what u put ur body through! It was tough for me as a martial artist in that the 'victim' controlling the pace and force of locks, etc. I takes a lot of skill and requires u to be a very strong and fit all round athlete. I felt like I'd been run over by a truck afterwards, lol!
