I don't stay motivated, I go in spurts. I am consistantly inconsistant. I usually get in a solid 2-3 months and then for whatever reason quit for a month or so. My neck and shoulders are my Achiles heel.

Today I will start training with weights again. I plan on doing 1X20 (thick handled) trap bar deadlift. I think I will start light, say around 130 pounds and I plan on increasing 10-20 pounds per week until I start to struggle. At that point I will cut back to increases of either 2.5-5 lbs...
