I was always the little guy in the group. Graduated from highschool having never lifted. I then met my friends older brother who was big into lifting, he helped me after months of struggling in the gym, trying to figure out what exercises to do and what muscles they worked. I then got hooked, I was really inconsistent in the beginning but now I'm 110% ready to transform my body until I'm satisfied with it.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. It helps me release alot of my built up energy. I also love watching the transformation of my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch videos online, and look through magazines. I stick with it because if i take time off I wont be able to continue.
I was sick and lost 20 lbs. so I want to gain 15 lbs. of lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I used to weigh 160Lbs. Now after being sick for months and just getting back into the routine I weigh 140Lbs. I'd like to gain about 15 Lbs. of lean muscle. Maybe 20.
