How I Started:
I've worked out A LOT earlier, but due to depression I quit. Some weeks I looked down at my body, hating what I saw, and decided it was about time to start again. I've gained a shocking 55 pounds in one year.
Why I Love It:

Reading articles in magazines, I love the old M&F Hers magazines. The new ones are too commercialized. I try to stay positive and I DEMAND support from family and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to loose all the weight, gain muscle and finally be proud of who I am. I want to find a balance between my beautiful inside and terrible outside.

It's not the greatest picture - but I was a lot slimmer less than a year back.. Look at the bruises at my arm!! They're huge and they comes from sparring (which I loved BTW!)

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal in the future is 143 pounds. And be toned and strong.
Shortterm goal is to lose 10 pounds in two weeks. At the weight I'm at right now I don't think it will be a problem!
OK, I've broken the golden rule of blogging (update every day) for far too long now, but tomorrow I'll be back to my daily entries again. At least for some days.. because things happen and I'm going to Bulgaria next wednesday. Exciting.

Congrats on taking control and making the decision to be fit. You can do it and most of the folks here at BB.com are a great lot and if you need anything from assistance to motivation to inspiration they will be there for you if you either look or ask.
