LOL! Life's great, but I live in Melbourne (second largest city in Australia) not the outback... we even have electricity lol! Hope you're doing well, by the look of your pic you're definitely training hard, looking great!! :)

HI Rae! Thanks so much for your kind words. In regards to my self talk, I always try to keep it positive. When I was going through my transformation there were good days & bad days but I stayed focused on achieving my goal. I personally think your mindset can make or break you... so stay positve!! Train hard & eat clean - melita :)

Hey there! We've had the worst bushfires in Australia's history. There have been over 200 people killed because the conditions here are so dry & hot. There is a severe weather warning for tomorrow which means there could be more deaths. Everyone has been affected one way or another. We've had a rough summer :(
