How I Started:
I got started because I wanted to become healthy. I knew that my eating habit were no good, and I wanted to change it completely. I also wanted to transform my body from a body of fat to a body of muscles.
Why I Love It:
I can't say i love to work out, but I do love the result after doing so. I feel healthier and stronger and you have this feeling of accomplishment its awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated just thinking about the fact that i want to do this for me and me alone, when I look in the mirror I want to feel completely happy with myself, not just settling with whats there when I know I can change it.

The 12-week Body for Life program allowed my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and myself to achieve much-needed body transformations. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat during those 12 weeks we were following the Body for Life program.
