I just think that it's not worth it. If he's sick for a week, he'll most likely gain that weight back within a few weeks. I just don't like the fact that people think they can take drugs for anything without any repercussions. This is just from the point of a pharmacy student.

Nah I don't do subscriptions. But what supps are you using? And do you think they are helping you more than whey would alone?

Yeah I really wanna get big tho so screw cutting to 160, which would be the proper thing to do. I cut to 163 in May and was lean but gained too much fat on my bulk. Now I'm cutting for 2-3 weeks so I can just fit into my jeans comfortably (so what if I have a 4-pack instead of a 6-pack) and then going to 180 cleanly. Then leaning out. I still prefer my body now way more than when I was 140 when I undertook this whole thing.

Good choice in starting to bulk. Abs don't look good if you don't have muscle anywhere else.

The weight comes easy for me when I'm away at school and don't rely on parents for food (though I'd like to have a bit ess fat on me now). My strength doesn't seem to go up that much when I bulk tho. In my 25lbs my bench only went up like 40 pounds (other people with that weight gain go up 50+).

Nice progress yourself. I guess you're cutting since your weight is going down, but based on the last pic it looks like you've bulked, so I guess you're gaining muscle (or at least retaining it) while loosing weight. Good job As for me, I really don't think I should be gaining 2.5 pounds a week anymore. Time to do cardio and cut back on the cals a bit.
