After the food poisoning in Feb. I basically lost motivation. I did get my weight/strength up to a bit over what I could do before (I believe my bench was 240 max), but no major changes. Then summer hit and all went to hell. First few weeks...
i got you man... totally understand from that point of view... im an emt and usually wouldn't promote drugs but tramadol is the only non narcotic pain killer if you can see it from that point of view
well im not trying to piss you off or anything but if someone is committed to the way that they look and does not want to lose mass; then sacrafices must be made(tramadol) i would never make someone do something they didn't want to anyway that was the point i was making, if he still wanted to work out.

Right now its whey,fishoil,massfx,creatine,x tend.
The only thing I see a difference on is Mass FX, but Im not too far into it yet. Ill post link to review when Im done.
I know exactly what you mean bro. Ive been bulking for about 3 1/2 months and in that time my arms grew 2 1/4 inches(they're only 13.75 lol) but i still gain fat, its just our genetics cuz my diet is 100% clean. Good thing winters coming up so we can continue our bulks all bundled up and then be shredded for summer. :p
See I dont understand how I am getting bigger but I am not gaining weight. My strength is going up but I cannot gain any weight. I measured my arms and they are getting bigger but I dont understand!!!!
I know for the most part I got stronger. Probably not 25% but I also didn't do it for the full 8 weeks. I can handle 195 x 12 in bench, squat 255 x 10, bentover row 185 x 8 (with straps), went from 115 max to 135 max on the barbell curl, 205 x 5 on Close grip bench... so it def works
