Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Helps keep u motivated and pushes u farther then u think u can actually go and wont let u give up or quit

Def Deadlift u cant go wrong straight leg deadlifts are good too

Aww how cute! I hate how pits and rotts get a bad rep! They are awesome dogs mine are not mean one bit! They love my cat and kids and people I don't know what all the hype is. They are the best dogs I have ever had =)
