How I Started:
When i was a sophmore in high school i was overweight and unhappy with who i was. One day i got sick of it and wanted to change my body and be healthy and look good so girls would like me. So the first day of summer after my sophmore year was over i started lifting weights and i've kept doing it since then.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel like i'm healthy and stay looking good. I love the feeling of just having worked out. Whether it be cardio or weight lifting; i love the feeling of working out and starting to definition in my muscles
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember back when i used to be fat and i look at the men in my family that are all overweight and i never wanna be there. I wanna stay healthy and strong my whole life. My genetics suck, but i fight it everyday to stay in good shape.
BB Accomplishments:
That summer after my sophmore year i lost 40 pounds, and for the past 7 years i've maintained an average body weight of anywhere from 180-190 pounds. I also have had a one time bench press max of 315 pounds. (not currently) and i am at 12% bodyfat

Goal (Long):
I want to weigh 175 pounds, and have 8 percent body fat, and I want to see my abs, and see my deltoids defined and have ripped arms, shoulders, and back. I want to see the veins in my arms even when i'm not working out. I want to be able to eat clean, healthy foods and desire to only eat those foods. I wanna work out 5 days a week. Weight training Monday, Wed, and Friday, and I wanna do high intensity cardio, and ab workouts every Tuesday and Thursday. I also want to be able to bench press 315 pounds again. 3 plates baby!!

Workout Program:
I lift Mon, Wed, and Friday. I do circuit training, and usually incorporate 4 different lifts in a circuit.
Monday and Friday are the same workout.
First thing before I lift anything, is run on the treadmill or do elliptical for 10 min to warm up.
Then I start with bench press, either...
For some reason, woke up this morning and felt smaller. Good feeling. Motivating me to continue being hardcore for sure! Had the most AMAZING breakfast this morning...posted it to facebook.
Sooo, yeah, today I took 2 LS7's and didn't notice any side effects. no stomachache. Still haven't used the noexplode...saving if for days that I wake up just DEAD, you know? And, after eating clean and doing extra cardio for another week or so, it will be most EVERY day. I am such a piece of CRAP for eating brownines yesterday. SSOOOO mad at myself!

SWEET progress photos!! Now, make sure you do some CLOSE UP ones, too! Did you take some from the back and sides as well? Also, pull up your leg on your short and flex your quad for one if you're going to work on legs, too! LOVE IT!! You're SO going to get ABS, BRO!!!
Oh, and in that march 20 photo (the jeans one?) I was 137. I am 150 now, so that's down 13 pounds. Totally doable, right???:):):)
