Realized I had become a fat ass after graduating college and getting a desk job.....something had to change. Change your body, change your life.

It's good to be proud of what you've built. You only get one body. I am trying to make the most of it.

Muscle Milk Light Vanilla cream flavor (2 scoops) with 4 oz milk, 6oz Orange Juice, 4 oz water and ICE in a blender. Also add strawberries and bananas for a little extra flavor.

I lift 5 days a week, dedicate another day to cardio and abs, and take one day off (usually a weekend day). I don't have set days for specific body parts and I am trying to incoroporate new exercises for each body part as well.
