My average program
In the mornings I take 1 slice of bread with peanut butter, a banana and a cup of green tea.
In the noon I take 3 or 4 slices of bread (1 or 2 with peanut butter, 1 with chicken breast, 1 with cheese) with water as drink.
Between the noon and the evening I take a cereal biscuit and some chocolate milk and as dinner I eat whatever we're gonna eat that day. With of course, water.
In the evening I eat most likely an apple with a cup of green tea.
And I guess that's it. All the bread is whole wheat bread btw.
