I am similar age and size as you and reviewed your product supplements you are using. I am 55, 6'0" 157 lbs. I notice you added Size On to BB.Com's home page picture of you. Is this product being added to your favorite supplements on you bodyspace page? I have already purchased the same products as your personal favorites, but did not get Size On since it wasn't listed as a personal favorite.

I saw your post on the forum today. You said you haven't worked out much and you don't list your height, weight and health status on your profile. IMO, focus on getting regular exercise and see your nutritionist as you said you were going to do. It is too early to get into supplements, in my opinion. Take your time and see how it goes for a while.

Thanks for your email. When running, try taking deep breaths to expand the rib cage. In thru the nose, out thru the mouth. I have found the rib cage expansion effects beneficial for weight training too. Keep in touch.

Thanks for you email. White Flood and Purple Wrath can be bought on bb.com. WF is taken prior to starting your workout. PW is taken during your workout. My reps and sets have increase by 20% during my first week of usage. I get HUGE pumps. I though my arms were going to explode last night. I learned about these products from the Forum section on BB.com where people give comments about products.

I saw your blog post today regarding efficient workouts so you can get home to your family. Take a look at the book "The Body Sculpting Bible for Men" by James Villepique. You can get it Amazon. He also has books for women. My wife and I use these books alot. Good luck with your workouts.

I read your blog about the weight lifting headache. I'm glad to hear you were able to get some research on the topic. I was watching a video with Ray Mentzner, Mr Universe 1978. He said the blood system is like a closed hydrolic system that can over exert. I hadn't heard that theory before and found it interesting.

Talk about gangly....I am 6' 0" and weigh 155, up from the 143 to 153 range! I drink 3 protein shakes per day plus regular meals. I am working on getting to 160 by the end of May so I don't look like a walking skeleton. Good luck with your workouts.

I just joined BB.com last week. It has a lot to offer. I need to set up my blog site too. I am cautious during my weight trainging because of a bulging disc in my lower back. Every once in a while it "pops" and I walk like a little old man for a few days. Good luck and continued success.

Thanks for sending me an email this morning. I am taking the afternoon off from work to go workout. How cool is that! This will be our first good weather day in Chicago, 82 degrees. Today will be 2 hr bicyle ride and 1.5 hours of abs and gluts. My wife doesn't know I am playing hooky today. Keep in touch. Keep those workouts going!
