I started working out to put on a little muscle and drop a little body fat. Now I'm addicted to it and I'm finishing up my certification for personal training and performance nutrition.
Why I Love It:
The dedication it takes to truly alter your body is amazing. Anyone can add a little muscle and drop a little fat but to transform yourself takes complete dedication and a change in your lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just train everyday to be better than the day before.
I am finishing up my certification for personal training and performance nutrition. I have learned so much through these classes. I finally put together my own training program and nutrition plan. Instead of listening to everyone who's read flex magazine or had their football coach teach them how to lift, I can finally just listen to what I Know and what I have been taught. I am currently using a Zig Zag style nutrition plan that I follow down to the calorie. I am trying to drop body fat and put on lean muscle mass. I want to get my body fat to about 5%

I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
4%

what up man! im tryin to get my bodyfat down, and then put on clean mass. really kind of doing it all at the same time now. what about you? what country you in, and how long till your back in the states bro?
