My Workout Program
3 lift days, 1 cardio day. 1 hour max per workout.
I try to design a plan that is practical and fits into an everyday busy schedule.
I put emphasis on injury preventing workouts (i.e. lower back, rotator cuffs) and functional strength in the truest sense. (e.g. Crossfit - how often does someone NEED to do 100 kipping pull ups?)
Also my lifestyle motto is moderation. I drink, smoke, eat fast food (moderately.)
Happiness is a supplement that NONE of us can afford not to take.
