I first got started when I started my deployment with the US Army to Iraq. Myself and Sgt Skoczen decided to start a web site so ourselves and our families could track our progress as we try to get into the best shape of our lives.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a kind of way to get away from from the war if only for a little while. A stress remover and a motivator. A way to improve myself both physicaly and mentaly.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is feeling and looking better month after month. Feeling good about myself and what I am doing and what I have accomplished
BB Accomplishments:
I have cut body fat and gained muscle. At 44 I look and feel the best I ever have.
This photo was taken our first week of deployment in Iraq. My main goal is to increase in size and overall physical condition
THIS IS MY MAY 1ST PHOTO. I'M STILL TRYING TO ADD ON SOME POUNDS. I'M EATING AS MUCH AS I CAN BUT STILL HANGING AROUND BETWEEN 163-165 POUNDS.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Damn!! Eating as much as you can and you can't get any weight! LOL Man, you know how many people would like to have that problem. :) Gaining a lot of good muscle and strong as a bull, too! Best of luck to you.
Jeff, that's great progress you've made in just 7 months. You've really 'hardened up' .. the abs are first rate and your overall muscularity has improved 200%
