Being a hard gainer, trying to eat and lift to play high school football is how I got started. Didn't really start getting big until I learned how to eat about 5 years later.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is the only sport where there isn't a winner and a loser. You are always competing against yourself, trying to beat your old benchmarks, be it a new personal best lift or a lower bodyfat, shredded physique
How I Stay Motivated:
You have to love the game to stay motivated. You have to love leg day. You have to love the nervousness before a big lift. You have to take pride in your dedication and consistency when everyone else shuns your goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Consistently gaining 3-5 lbs of muscle a year once the dust settles after a winter bulk and summer cut.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to eventually lean out at 225 lbs. Right now I am lean at 200 lbs. After a winter bulk of about 30-40 lbs every year for the past 3 years, I gain about 3-5 lbs muscle each year after shedding off the fat for summer. I have started my own website where I offer advice and publish tips, articles, and FAQ's about training, nutrition, cardio, supplementation and a winning mindset. Visit www.Mind-Muscle.com/knowledgeDB for more information. I am also developing Health and Fitness Software to make weight training, nutrition, cardio and supplementation easier than ever.
