AMBITIOUS BEGINNINGS - 53kg Maintaining - 65KG
Starting off here.. All body weight workouts. No weights yet. I was in no rush as i was still in high school and growing. I was only 16 years old in this pic.. and u can probably tell lol aha; lookin very youngn. (53KG)
I just started taking some BCAA supplement (Dymatize RECOUP). Gotta say it gives immediate gains. This pic was taken on the 2nd day of it.. so far looks good. Weight - (65.5KG) Just maintaining and trying to add lean mass size.

I remember this was taken after a abs n pushups workout. Back then i just did push ups, bi curls n sit ups... I never started proper gym n heavy weights till jan 06.. Mayb my most ripped state ive ever been coz i had no fat at all lol

BULKING (HEAVIEST STATE)- 62kg

My heaviest state at the time. (62kg) Started weights and began going gym here... focused more on intense workouts. This was i think the real beginning of it all... or when the addiction occurs ;D

BEGINNING OF CREATINE USE - 61kg

Started using creatine to help supplement my goals. My arms reached 14.5" during this month at one time. I started taking dymatize nitric oxide around this month tooo.. Got great results and really helped with lifting of heavier weights & just overall mentality in the gym to go harder

CUTTING - 58kg

Out in the sunlight.. I actually started to do cardio for the 1st time in my life LOL and less of the heavy weight. Looking back here; i just see myself way to skinny & i guess i just got somewhat lazy inbetween. (60.5kg)

Started to lose even more size and way less cuts as before. From here on, ive had to take it easy with the weights as my forearm-wrist is pretty stuffed and isnt really in the right spot... very dissapointing as its summer down here too... bad timing!

Began bulking up here.. started lifting very heavy and was over the lean look. I quite enjoyed eating everything and seeing the physical gains from having extra size

BULK n then injury... - 67kg

This was right before the injury. Was definitely the biggest size i had been in my life. (67kg) I was on a mass gainer protein and my diet was gettin in as much protein/fat possible. .. 1 week after this; I injured my left wrist where i f*d it up in the process of lifting a barbell overhead. It was a very bad sprain and i was out for 6 months! My wrist has never been the same afterwards, but its my fault cos i left it till the 5th month to see a physio... i regret not seeing them earlier... oh well, sh*t happens.

WRIST INJURY SIZE LOSS - 59Kg

.. Still out of the gym and unable to lift. Dropped all the way back down to 59kg! All i was able to do was abs at this point and cardio but thats not really my thang so yeh.. just abs aha.

SLOWLY BACK IN - 63kg

I was finally able to start puttin weight on my wrist again. Still had to take it easy but size and width was slowly coming back again, so happy to be back at it : ) (Weighin at 63kg here). and it also made me more hungry for gym, because i was out for such a long timeeee. I know yous would feel the same way too.

Wrist still isnt the same, everything is bein done seperate so no barbells. Been working very hard and junking it 4x week in the gym. Size is the biggest ive been & ive also been able to maintain cuts. (66kg). Huge improvement from the bulk in Feb08; better overall width & proportion here.
