How I Started:
Mainly friends during high school. It was the last thing on my mind but after seeing everyone bigger than me, I decided to just start into it and have been addicted ever since. And I was a very small and skinny kid in which I wanted to change that.
Why I Love It:
Rush/Adrenaline, looking and feeling good makes u feel great. Cant stop, wont stop
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing gains which in turn keeps me motivated. Also witnessing the guys bigger in the gym doing the big weights and the smaller guys lookin up at me. They are both great motivators.
BB Accomplishments:
Built good arm size for a small body frame... bulked up from a very smaller size. Reached bench press goals.. Gained lean ripped body as I wanted.

Starting off here..
All body weight workouts. No weights yet. I was in no rush as i was still in high school and growing. I was only 16 years old in this pic.. and u can probably tell lol aha; lookin very youngn. (53KG)
Wrist still isnt the same, everything is bein done seperate so no barbells. Been working very hard and junking it 4x week in the gym. Size is the biggest ive been & ive also been able to maintain cuts. (66kg). Huge improvement from the bulk in Feb08; better overall width & proportion here.
havent been on this for awhile... and then i come across Josh; F*KN WOW! looks amazing. absolute perfect body... keeeeeeep up the great work..

Im from bayside in melb near sandringham. Yeh not to sure bout what i wanna do maybe compete see what happens just training 4 times a week at the moment nothing to serious.
Yeh there are a few of us around on here man. Where bouts you from? how many days u training and stuff? Any plans to get on stage or just wanna train for yourself?
