Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Not really home much. Usually on the boat or in some other country so the hotel gyms are my lifeline.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Currently using CellMass because i used it briefly before and liked the results.
