motivation and dedication is the key to achievement of your goal. goals are what makes a person alive. if you don't have that, then what is there to live for?
Goal (Long):
i would like to have a slim musculer figure with less than 10% body fat.
now i have an injury to report. i jacked up my shoulder playing football over here. i went to the doc to check it out and he said that i have several strained muscles in my upper left back and shoulder. hopefully i can recover soon so i can get back to my weights.
Awesome thinking-what you stated is the lock on life babyboy-but the key is ACTION where there is no action there is no progress-keep in touch sweetie-Thanks for the add-train hard, eat well, love the body you're building-remember the iron never lies-MJ-fitchik4life-and thanks for securing this country
Is it difficult working those long shifts for you? I've been working from 3am-4pm shift and after two days of it in a row I find it to be a little tiring. I can only imagine how excited you must feel to get home to your wife and the precious baby that is on its way. Do you know whether it is a boy or a girl yet?
My whole day was pretty much at the Mulberry Art Studio with my fiance and mom talking with this really nice lady about possible having our wedding there...that took all in all about 5 hours and then by the time we got home and ate I had to be in bed because I work at 2am today :)
so tell me now........does sweat freeze while you run or not because of the salt? I cant even pump gas when its 6 degrees
