just figured while im down range, i'll try to see if i can get fit.
Why I Love It:
it's a good way to relieve stress from deployment.... and idiots who gets on my nerves at work. now that im a father, i don't want to end up with tha' "popa belly". lol
How I Stay Motivated:
it's only thing to do here to stay active. it also makes the deployment time go by faster.

none so far.... working on my abs though.
