I went to the gym for the first time in gym class grade eleven the first time i ever touched the iron i wanted to become something... Mr.Olympia!
Why I Love It:
i love body building because it makes me look great feel good about myself and well i plan to live forever. ;-p
How I Stay Motivated:
well i've seen pumping iron with Arnold about a million times, but i just see guys like Troy brown, Ronney coleman. and it i idolize them but i wanna beat them you know like to stand next to the them have that chance to be the greatest. To truly achevie my dream.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none yet. im slowly working out a routine, but im learning and my posing gets sloppy cus my breathing is off and my body has week points but slowly im evening out everything. I wanna look like i was carved from stone.
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It helps improve my self esteem i usta be a really skinny guy so i got picked on alot during school. its like a security blanket lol gentle giants i think they call us lol
So here's my master plan behind working out everything i do is six reps 3 sets during the week monday to thursday when i lift heavy. and on saturday i go in for a half body tone. ( Marathon workout )
Haha yeah, I want to but it's just the money factor you know. I wanted to but then I just said to myself that I would train as hard as I always do, If I do get the gains then great but I can't afford getting trained and a spot on diet. Mind you I eat pretty damn good, but allot of room for improvement.
Keep up the positive attitude my friend! Trust me, it will all be worth it! Glad to hear your doing things the healthy way without drugs! That what will allow to keep doing this for the next 40+ years. The careers of the heavily juiced are very fast and short. Keep up the great job my friend!
Always doing my best to take care of myself. The gyms been going pretty decent. I'm just starting to get my diet in order again to lean out a little. Trying to get someone off my back about eating too much fast food. How you doing?
GOOD! I lifted 365 yesterday, was soo stoked. I did 3 plates then put another 50 lbs on and was like ok, this is either a really good idea or a really bad idea lol. I lifted it with ease though.
Yeah, I'm a huge Flex Lewis fan. That's pretty much my goal physique right there. But Gaspari's the best supps. I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of them.
Nice nice, I did 4x295 /w straps. I might try half rack lifts next week because I know my form from the floor isn't perfect since my leg's aren't that strong. I messed my knee up this summer lol.
