Thanks to all who have asked, and to the offers of sponsorship. I don't take that for granted, but I won't be competing anymore. My goals are not to make it pro anymore...I still believe in the bodybuilding lifestyle and stay as jacked as possible for an old man!since my little girl passed away though...well, let's just say I want to be here for my other 2 kids. Thanks again to everyone.
WOW, this has been a long year!! Who would have ever known that trying to get back after a 15 year layoff would be so tough! I mean...I didn't expect it to come back EASY, but this has been tough.
So now I am sitting around the 240lbs mark and still want another 20-30 lbs by next year....
hey bro! It's been a while. I noticed the new profile pic and thought I would drop by to see how things were going for you. I hope all is well? And the kids? My boy started flag football! Very exciting!
Hope you're doing well, Jeff ... ditto what biggman77 said. Ripped w/o size means a low bf% (which is hard to do anyway). Ripped w/size means you've worked your behind off both at the gym and the dinner table .. and you've REALLY got something to show for it! :) In your case it's size, ripped AND the strength of a bull!
VERY COOL PROFILE COMMENT..ripped is nothing if you can't back it up with size!" i just switched gyms to get away from the non bodybuilder fitness junkies
Thanks my old friend. I really appreciate it. I got up in my bulk up to 213 (the highest I've ever gotten). I never imagined how tough gaining weight is! Now I'm dieting down. I'm at 203 lbs right now and getting leaner by the day. You know what? Getting close to 40 and beyond is not a bad thing ;)
Jeff,
I'd like to talk to you sometime in the near future. I've started back in the Gym on a consistent basis (1 yr) & need to gain about 20+ lbs for mass purpose. I've stone-walled on strength & need to break plateau. HELP!!!!

Hi Jeff. I always like to check on my good friend every once in a while. Just read your last blog and am glad to know you're doing well. Would be nice if u can shoot ur fans some pix soon.
Hey Jeff,
Glad to hear your doing well! I just got over back surgery, and healing up! I'm training now full time. I didn't loose that much size though! I just can't go BIG anymore in the gym..like I was! But- all is well! Stay in touch...
