My before about 3 years ago 223lb
this was taken just before the holiday season. I was around 267 in this picture!
This is me at 223lb. we have started a "mass building" routine, although I've been putting on lean mass since I started. Hope it continues.

Well this is a first step. I like what my upper body is looking like in the XL (down from an XXL)Champion C9 shirt. This is me at 247 and according to the calipers 20-23% BF. Does it look like it?

So here is a chest shot. My shoulders are developing I think, although I don't think this shows much. Well thats what progress pictures are for right! This will be good for comparison 6 months from now LOL. Oh and thats fuzz on the mirror not gray in the goatee! speaking of goatee, keep it or lose it?

So here is the progress on the triceps. Hard to capture here but I think (and my lifting buddy tells me) I'm getting a shelf and a nice triangle. I don't see it yet but I will!

Here's a weird back angle. Its bumpy, that's all I can tell. I have noticed in these pictures my face looks thinner. I guess that's good.

So here's a front shot. I think the Trail runs are starting to burn away the belly fat. Although I cant tell. Took me a while to get the courage up to look at myself through the lens of a camera!
