How I Started:
I really started to work out after Basic training in 1995. I worked out for for years and went from 164 to 207. then I got out. I kept eating like I was in the gym though and before i knew it I was 267.
Why I Love It:
The best feeling in the world is after i get done with a wieght/set i didnt think I would do or knew I couldnt do a few weeks earlier
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. LOL!

Goal (Long):
my goal is to be back to 200 with 10-15% body fat. I want to accomplish this by thanksgiving of this year. I also would like to start strongman competitions next year!

i know what you mean. i get upset when there isnt much growth or any at all in a week or so, but then i remind myself this is a long term deal. Results are coming along, slowly but surely. its hard to eat right over here, but i try.
Yah I know, its frustrating. A lot isnt water though. Carrying about 7 or 8lbs of excess fat as well. Cant wait till I start cutting right after Xmas, no point starting before that if I have to eat during the holidays, Italian Xmas is like a neverending buffet.
Was great I stayed home all wekend except on Saturday I went and did a heavy leg w/o... Other than that it was nice just to relax finally...

I have the worlds most unorthodox training routines. It changes as per my energy levels that day. I have 3 different workouts per bodypart and I choose the one I feel like using when I hit the gym floor. Its kind of odd, and its why I dont have a workout partner.
