Hello I am new to this site I just got started working out again! So I'm soar like no other. Can anyone help me trim down weight then put on healthy muscle mass?
Yea no problem buddy.
When I cut, I try and cycle my carbs, by the end of the day I normally am eating close to zero carbs. I keep my proteins high and lean. Eating every 2 hours helps me keep sane, normally i snack on fruits, veggies, or almonds. Water intake is at a gallon, min, a day. Check out my cut log in my sig, i have some sample meals in ther.e
Jeff, sorry for the late response. I have been on a cut, i came off of it a few months ago with some success. I've always been a " bigger guy" so being shredded is really hard for me to achieve. ahhh one day my friend. Why do you ask ?
