How I Started:
I got started in 2005 when my dad had a heartattck. It was caused by being overweight and not eating right. I knew the same would happen to me if I didnt change my lifestyle. I was 300lbs eating all hours of the day and sleeping. I thought to myself things have to change or I will be in the same shape. So I started training with my bro. He played Rugby for Western Carolina Univ. and He was in really good shape. Thats really where I began my training and I love every minute of it. Im no longer overweight and I jus feel good about myself!
Why I Love It:
Its something im good at and I enjoy the healthy lifesyle that comes with being a bodybuilder! hoping to start fighting in the near future.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking back at the old pics of me when I was 16 and weighed 300lbs. I relized I never wanna be that way again!
BB Accomplishments:
Ive gone from 300lbs in 2004 to 197lbs current weight.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually stay between 8-10, Go heavy to help build more mass with less reps.

I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! heyy!! how are you!! thanks you, yeah i surf in the mornings somtimes now! i went to the gym yesterday and did 50 minutes on the tredmill and 15 mins weights! so i felt good! lol how are you hun?
