Reason: Well, I was going to pick up mucsle milk but the clerk at the Healthy's Nutrition store convinced me that Xtreme Methoxy (from Sports Nutrition) was 'better'. He told me some stats about it. Said that it makes you gain 67% of lean mucsle and that it was the newer, updated version of mucsle milk, which in his words has 'been around for ages'. Well, once again I guess time will tell.

Reason: There has been quite a bit of hype surrounding mucsle milk. I've seen quite a few larger fellows who claim that much of their gains was from muscle milk. So I decided to give it a try.
