How I Started:
I used to be an avid runner, then I started lifting after I joined the corps and I fell in love with size and strength.
Why I Love It:
Its a kind of addiction I feel great when I do and I look decent. when I dont on the other hand I look and feel like crap!
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard for me not to when I dont stay in the gym regularly I get really depressed and fat so that motivates me.

None yet except that I started at 178 and now im 280!

I am an addict I love lifting I love running I love fitness and I wanna be huge. I have alot of obesity and all the problems that come with it in my family and I want to look great while avoiding those issues if I can. im 6'3" 260 now at 13% bf my goal by may 1st is to be 10% or less. i just want to stay in shape for the next three yrs till i get into a real routine
