My uncle, he was sort of built and he reminded me of sylvester stallone.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself,and my kids also want to do it!
How I Stay Motivated:
To prove that not every hispanic father has to be stereotyped. You know the beer gut eating mexican and then drinking beer all to fall asleep! Hell no!
to be funtional but ripped at the same time. It never hurts to be called the cool fit dad by your kids friend's.
Goal (Long):
When i first started lifting i was in the 8th grade. Typical headstrong thought I knew what I was doing. Working out 6 days a week,idiot! All through highschool got some results out of it. joined the Navy right out of highschool,came back still lifting but diet was whatever icould get my hands on. I would like to be 10lbs heavier but be able to keep my 28 inch waist. Ive come along way I got married and let myself go for ayear ,snapped out of that hell hole (178lbs!).Here I am today,also I work for abeer co.(budweiser)

hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can
get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
