The plan I'm leaning on right now to get me somewhat in shape so I can run in a 5K race in the fall and possibly try out Crossfit in summer.
Nike Training Club- 30 minutes to 1 hour
Walk/run 3 miles: this can take from 25-40 minutes to do.

Supplements are great to have in the arsenal to become fit as possible.
1 Opti-Women in the morning
1 or 2 scoops of ON 100% Gold Standard Whey mixed with water or almond milk for a meal or pre-workout way early in the morning.
5.17.12 I worked out today for the first time since spring break. A combination of a tough glute workout and the Stress Slammer workout on the Nike Training Club. By the end, my entire body, especially my muscles, were shaking. I downed a EAS Myloplex and feel great. I have missed feeling like this. I'm taking summer classes so I know I should be in the gym or track when I'm not in class or fulfilling other leadership duties at my university. Starting today, no more soda, and limiting sugar...
