Start today the Feb 1, I am going to go bulk for a month or so. It means I am going to be out for keto.
I am looking to gain at least 10kg of lean muscle in a month or so. I plan to stuck with my workout plan, but include some more exhausting exercises in it, plus have long resting hours.

haha
you will see your strength going up basically every week with deadlifts add 5 to 10 pounds every week and over the course of 12 weeks thats potentially 60 - 120 pounds added!

i def would not do those everyday! i deadlift every other week because it is so taxing on the body. and fat loss with come with diet and cardio so you have to get that in check
