How I Started:
Around January of 2007 I started working out. My before pictures are posted of that date. By April I had lost 15 lb and was at a weight I was comfortable with. By June/July of 2007 I was at 144 lbs...and found out I was pregnant. Since then I have had a baby girl who was born on February 15th, 2008. My highest weight while pregnant was 184lbs. When she was 8 weeks old I was down to 159 lbs with no working out. As of December 9th I am back to 145lbs which is just one pound more than my lowest weight before baby (with some cardio of course)
Why I Love It:
I dont especially love working out...well I dont like starting to work out. By the time Im done I feel great, but getting to the gym takes some self convincing.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband helps me alot. He pushes me and sets new goals for me alot to keep me motivated. The scale also keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Not so much bodybuilding, but my major accomplishments have been getting back to my before baby weight alll by myself :) Im hoping by February 2009 to pack on the muscle and bulk up and then in February of 2009 change my direction towards cardio and thinning out. This whole muscle builds fat thing better be true!!! :0D

This was taken about a year and a half ago when I started to work out. I lost 15 lbs but then got pregnant and since have had a baby. She is now 10 months old.
