Overall Goal: I would like to lose some more fat and gain more muscle allover. I would love a NICE SIXPACK also . I want my body fat % to be 14% or lower.

I got started when my boyfriend and i realized that something wasnt right ..So we joined the gym and started working out.. The first month he lost 25 pounds and i lost 10 .. Since than we havent stopped and we have changed our life style completely .

I got motivated when i weighed myself and was at 170lbs . I knew i let myself go for too long . I started working out and was getting results , so i pushed harder . Than i started looking into fitness shows and that is my goal now . I want to have a body to where i can be in a show if i wanted to .
