i basically just want to get bigger stronger and faster, and get ready for football

I'm gonna be going into my senior year of football, and im ready to get busy all over monroe county. So im just gonna keep workin out hard, and getting bigger and faster, so that when the season comes, i explode.
creatine wont help you get faster but it will help you recouperate faster. The best thing i can tell you is just focus on power lifting and not getting big while in season. Right now all i do is squats, bench, power cleans, and romainian dead lifts. I dont go into cosmetic lifts until the summer when im not running. Its worked for me, im an all american in indoor, and currently ranked 8th in the 100 and 2nd in the 200 in division 3

I think you seemed to be doing all the right things like squats deadlifts to get big, are you taking anything like protein,zma,.........ect just keep liting heavy and go up in weight every week. and eat six to eight times aday.
