This was week 4 of a BFL Challenge I did in 2006. I did very well during this challenge and finished it. Dropping my BF% from 23 to 18 and my weight dropped as well. I am posting these older pics as motivation for my next "personal transformation challenge".

OK - This isn't a progress picture, but since I keep blogging about my bad back I thought a shot of my MRI might help explain my situation. The disk that is causing me the real issue is the one between L4/L5, it seems to be pushing on my nerves. My weight is still down to 183 and my stomach has come in to 34.5 inches from 39. Not bad with a bad back is it?

My new starting point 6 months post back surgery, with 5 months of intense core training PT, but diet has been a mess.
