July of 2005 right after graduating from college. At that single point in my life I was the most out of shape I have ever been. My diet at school consisted of heavy drinking on weekends (typical college life) and one or two meals a day that were the least bit healthy. I would occasionally go to the gym a couple days a week but my lifestyle far outweighed the benefits of the gym. I weighed 185 lbs, with a high bodyfat percentage. I started running 5 days a week and lost 30 lbs in less than 3 months and from there I began to realize my diet and strength training needs.

BB Accomplishments:
Getting into the routine of eating 6 times a day was very difficult, especially with my 8 - 5 desk job which I love. I still find it difficult. I usually eat at 7:30am, 10am, around noon, 3pm, 6:30pm after the gym, and again at 10pm.
