bro you look good too. your legs like mine look to be lagging a bit especially in the calf area ugg hate calves lol work so hard and results seem to come much slower.

TBH I pretty much don't have a hard time leaning up at all. when I need to cut I just stop taking weight gainers and eat healthier:( I can't really tell you I just lose fat fast. I also run a lot of sprints and I guess that follows the same concept of HIIT

thanks bro. I figure the major difference is really BF I mean you figure if you took what ever you have in terms of fat so far and turned it to muscle it would be a good change. Well I hope you reach your goal of 10% :)

knee and leg raises do about the same thing... anyways I do 1-2x a week. I use to do everyday, but I found it better to do 1 or 2 hard sessions than a half assed ab routine daily

thanks bro... I pretty much stick to the basics, but add a lot of weight. I stick to leg raises /knee raises, decline crunches cable crunches. I usually do decline crunches with a 60lb db or so. Tbh my diet isn't exactly perfect, but I do eat a lot of chicken breast, spinach, oatmeal... but not saying you should I do eat a lot of crap I guess I got lucky with my genetics or something
