As far as supplements go I am a whey and casein man. Whey because it's so quickly absorbed and available, and casein at night, for that slow feed desired during sleep.
Sorry, wouldn't let me post more letters so - Now I work out at wou's gym, which is just a weight room. Dixon was awesome, it had any sport you could think of in it that you could participate in. Very cool. So I am guessing you were a duck? I like that verse you sent btw :) Thank you. My favorite verse is the one that is on my profile.
Hahah yes I am a Christian. I am actually a youth group leader for the middle and high school kids at my church, and I also did vbs games coordination. I want to be a high school PE and health teacher along with coach. I am already doing softball coaching and right now doing volleyball coaching. Absolutely love it! Yes I was a beaver :) and yes I transfered to wou haha. I worked out at Dixon (osu's gym) when I went there.
Hahaha a Duck huh? Actually I was a beaver, and then transfered to Wou. So thats where I am at. I'm studying Physical Education and health. How about you?
I might split the workout up but i really dont have time for four days a week
i did the workout yesterday and im feelin pretty good about it im pretty sore right now but i think if i get my body used to working out i will not get too sore
one more ? what kind of supplements shoul i take i need a stack but i dont know what works and what doesnt
