IREAD UR WORKOUT OF THE WEEK ARTICLES ON THE BEST TRAINING THEORY AND MUST SAY IAGREE WITH YOUR PREACHINGS MY QUESTION IS YOU DESCRIBE USING THE5X5 METHOD FOR YOUR BIG THREE.WHEN YOU SAY USE THE 5X5 PROGRAM ARE YOU REFFERING TOTHE TRAINING ROUTINE WHERE YOU START WITH LOWER WEIGHT AND SLOWLY PROGRESS SO OVER 9WEEKS YOUR AT YOUR 5 REP MAX BUT MUCH STRONGER ORDO 5 SETS OF 5 REPS AND ADD 5LB WEEK OR YOU WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN DO 5 REPS FOR 5 SETS WITH THE WEIGHT BEFORE YOU INCREASE
