Wow I was this big Still a ways to go - 190lbs
This was when I was at my heaviest over 250lbs.
Me and my son yesterday at pony ride. I am getting thinner and better everyday. Still a ways to go. Won't post pictures without my shirt until I have abs though.

People who are there to work. Don't go to a social club (unless that's what you want). Also find someplace that is close and has the necessary tools.

Well as of recent I have managed to get down to about 195lbs. and am still going (goal is 160lbs.). I do weight and cardio about 4 days a week and so far it has given me more energy and more confidence. I set short term goals (225, 200, 180) this has made it easier to achieve my goals. Thanks...
