Me and my son yesterday at pony ride. I am getting thinner and better everyday. Still a ways to go. Won't post pictures without my shirt until I have abs though.
I am looking to lose weight and get back into shape.
Goal (Long):
When I got married I weighed 160lbs and had 6 pack abs. Now I weigh 250lbs and have more like a 2 liter stomach. Just want to get back into great shape.
Well as of recent I have managed to get down to about 195lbs. and am still going (goal is 160lbs.). I do weight and cardio about 4 days a week and so far it has given me more energy and more confidence. I set short term goals (225, 200, 180) this has made it easier to achieve my goals. Thanks...
