People try hard, however some try hard and do not know the proper form putting them at great risk. I try hard to achieve my goal, but at the same time am alsways willing to help people reach their goals. The worst thing is when I see someone get hurt!

So It has been very hard to get a few workouts and cardio in during my winter session. Now that it is ove, I have to go full speed ahead to get caught up in this competition! The stress that comes from Finals is unbearable, but resisting cheat meals are even worse. I can not wait to get back into the gym today!!

So week 2 is off and I am off to a pretty good start. I would have to say that not having enought time is the hardest part of this challenge. I mean, I wish I could spend more time at the gym! I went to the gym last night for my chest/bicep workout, and the next thing you know, the gym is closing! Does anyone else feel that way? So the first week is done. I am getting my diet and all kinds of workouts readjusting, using my resources available. I use bodybuilding.com and even am talking to some friends who are trainers. Looks like i will be doing early morning sprinting for cardio! I am excited to share some information I learn as I go through my journey.
