I gotta stop these weekend unhealthy eating binges! They are not good! In a weeks span one or two meals is ok i believe. However, a four day weekend is NOT! I need to get into a routine on weekends. I have a weekly routine that helps me stay on track. but my weekend schedule is different and...

thx...im also confuse who should i make my days at the gym. i go there 5 days a week should i do like one day cardio next day weights...? or cardio for 45 min than weights ?
