I have been working out since high school.
Never really as serious until entering college. Played basketball, track, and soccer. College basketball... Always enjoyed lifting weights and watching what I eat. My goal would to see how my body would look @ 205 --> 215.
Got more involved when living in Va Beach and working out @ Flex Gym.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of being stronger sharper mentally n physically.
It is a great release from stress and aggression from the day. I'm not as active as far as playing basketball so working out is a great substitute.
How I Stay Motivated:
Affirmations, pictures, meditation, making a list.
I have not been as consistent as need be but I constantly work on my lifestyle and environment to help with eating and living the right way.
BB Accomplishments:
290 once....
Mostly a mesomorph(sp) body juicing...

I stripped my calf muscle by playing basketball on a heavy legs day. Woke up to do my regular legs day routine.....Started off with warm up stiff legged deads.. superset.. hammies and quads then heavy dead lifts with the hex bar... shoulder shrugs... and calf/toe raises...
head out of...
thank you for the nice comments..It's hard sometimes to keep working out..i get tired and sometimes just plain lazy...but I keep at it..It's a part of my life! good luck with your goals too!
