How I Started:
Was fit & strong but a small hardgainer in H.S. Started at 5'10" and 120 lbs @ 4% bodyfat. Now 6'0" and 185lbs @ 12% bodyfat.

Recovering from herniated lumbar disc and surgery (1999). Regaining 25 lbs of muscle! Bench 245x2, Squat 315x5, Deadlift 405x1. AFAA Certified Trainer.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
weak core and poor discipline, also ego.
