Was fit & strong but a small hardgainer in H.S. Started at 5'10" and 120 lbs @ 4% bodyfat. Now 6'0" and 175lbs @ 10% bodyfat.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
As briefly as possible. You can get a cardio-like calorie burn if you don't let your HR drop too much.

5 reps on the basic compound moves. My main goal is strength but I avoid getting too close to my 1RM to avoid injury.

Ok, after a 6 weeks of strength training + the Warrior Diet...
