Background

When I Started: Aug 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I started out in 2008 as a 6'2" 170lb scrawny kid. I was getting ready to go to college and wanted to start getting big so I wouldn't be looked at differently. I found the gym here at school and wanted to start building muscle and buring fat to transform my body, increase strength, endurance, and altheticism.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It helps me keep myself motivated and has become a daily routine for me.

justinc1089 I just started working out again about two or three months ago, after losing 43 pounds in 4-6 months. I'm not going to a gym right now. A friend of mine has tons of his own equipment so I lift with him a lot. I'm going to check out Coastal's gym if its decent though. Aug 20, 2011 4:43pm
