yes I know. I actually just posted a new one and you'll see I have corrected my form. I was trying to go too heavy. Since I have concentrated on going deeper, actually deeper than 90 degrees... wider stance... Oh and that was NOT how Steve was telling me to do them I assure you:)

WOW...Thank you very much. I have so much work left to do before i reach my ultimate goal, but outrageously chisled and ripped is def not in my plans. I'll be completely satisfied with a few more pounds shed and bf% down a bit more. Nice definition and still having some shape and curve to my body is what i'm striving for.
