Thank you! Yes, you heard me right, 50 sets! It allows me to shock all muscle fibers to ensure they will come out even (I hope!) and eat high carbs/protein with moderate fats, to see if I can increase my body's mass more because I'm stuck at 258. =)

I sure am. I am starting 8-weeks program, 50 sets per body part, once a week to allow full week recovery for each muscle group then by February, cut down for my possible first natural competition in May here in Colorado Springs! =) How about you??

Thank you!!! I try to grow more and more in lean mass... because I don't like the cardio part of bodybuilding life ;) I am proud of your accomplishment right there, having a photo hanging up at Gold's gym!!! Congratulations =)

=) I love your comment. Thank you!! I am thinking about going for 280-300 pounds on my frame, what do you think? I know most muscles I pack on need to be on lower body parts (sweeps, calves)... and more separation (christmas tree in back). So I am heading out to gym in few minutes to do Back/Biceps/Abs! =) Thank you again, have a stellar weekend and God bless! Keep it up with training.
